To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged. All other items are eligible to be exchanged or to receive store credit in place of the item.
Exchanges, Repairs, and Store Credit
If an item arrives to you defective or damaged, contact the package carrier and us at [email protected] to initiate the process of repair, and send your item to the return address provided. This can only be done within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and begin repairs.
If you wish to exchange your item, a similar process entails emailing us at [email protected] within 30 days of the date of purchase. Note that not all items can be exchanged. You may receive store credit which can be applied to an alternate item or saved for future use.
Shipping returns
As a rule of thumb, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Only exchanges and store credit are permitted generally. Contact us at [email protected] to inquire further. In the exception that you must send back your item, you should mail your product to the return address provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending back your item for an exchange or store credit. In these cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
